Default Could this prevent surgery?

I just came home from my stress test and I passed with flying colors. (doc said I wouldn't-showed her) but while I was there she was reading the report from the GI doc for the endoscopy I had yesterday.

It said I had a hiatal hernia (no surprise) and he took biopsy for polyps in my stomach (had them 2 years ago but were benign)and I am sure they still are and also they took biopsy to rule out Barretts esophagus (which they 2 years ago also and it was negative)

So my PCP told me these problems could possibly prevent me from having the surgery.

Really? Anyone have any of these issues and still have RNY...I am waiting patiently for the lab results.
