Leboire, my WLS program inludes a physical trainer, and he warned us early on that our backs our likely out of whack from the weight so many of us have carried for so long. He urged us to take particular care in strengthening and flexing there until it gets into the proper allignment. If your program doesn't have such a person (we get three free visits with our physical trainer), perhaps physical therapy would help?

I just had surgery and haven't gone to our trainer one-on-one yet, or I'd share what I learned already.
