I did the first day of the 30 day challenge, but I only made it through about 10 minutes. It KICKED my butt. Like seriously! I was wicked impressed by how much of a work out it really was. I will be trying it again today, but my muscles are soooo sore. I was walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes at a brisk pace, but that did nothing comparitively. I highly recommend the EA Active for anyone who has a wii.
Also, I am down 85 pounds from my highest weight, and 65 pounds since surgery. I feel great, and though I didn't meet the weight requirements for Wii fit, I was able to take my son trick or treating, and walk for at least 2 miles before we headed back. I would have been exhausted walking around the block pre-surgey. This was all before doing the EA active, which might have been why I was so tired.

Good for you sweetie! I'm gonna have to look into the EA active! I never thought I'd say this, but I LIKE getting my butt kicked by a workout!
