Default I concede the Diet Pepsi Argument

Ok, I'm a man who can admit when he is wrong. I was wrong. Yes, diet drinks (pepsi in my case) does prohibit your weight loss. I started out with one a week, then 3 a week, and finally I was up to two/three a day.

I was one of the ones who were allowed to have diet drinks, just had to let them go flat for 30 minutes first. Truth be told, they do make you hungry. I would drink one and within 15-20 minutes I wanted to munch and graze. I hit a 3 week platu and was drinking 3 diet pepsi's a day. I dropped the diet pepsi's and lost 5 lbs with in that first week of being off them. They also, prohibit you from getting all your water in as well. So, there you have it first hand. Diet Drinks are not good post-wls. There, I said it.
