Thanks guys for the input and after reading the link Kelly attached I guess I should have added, this is not the only way I get in my protien, more likely the least way. As I said I do still drink the powdered Whey and drink Isopure, and have started adding more solid foods. No way should this be the only way to get protien in, but sure as can be, should NOT ever be the only way to get protien in, but as a supplement and an occasional add-on they are fine.
My meaning was when I had mentioned them in the past I was met with you should not be taking those...and I am just saying, it is ok, just don't live on it or think thats your only protien source.
