Communion.....
Phil....
I'm a very firm (not firm yet  ) BUT a very firm believer in the power of prayer and how God blesses His people when they praise Him and when they follow His steps, and one of those steps is communion, in my honest opinion, if you take communion, I think that you would be blessed beyond belief and would be so safe you'd be surprised!!! 
Like Tracie said, pita bread is a crispy bread, it's not doughy like we're not supposed to have till 3 months out, and you're not going to take a huge bite anyway, only a tiny piece, and the smallest sip of the wine, I think would be taking a step in faith, which to me is HUGE!!!!! I really live by faith... so, call me weird!!!!
