I was pretty close to 100lbs too at the 6 month mark. Like Bridget said though you can't take what others lost and compare it to yourself...since everyone is so different. I started out in the 260's...

Like B, I followed everything to a "t" too..I didn't take any shortcuts, I did what I was supposed to do, and it just came off...there really is no secret to it.

Take one day at a time, otherwise you'll make yourself go crazy measuring up to others that have gone through it...and I know, easier said than done eh? Be proud of what you have lost! Do you think that if you hadn't had this surgery you could've lost 76lbs in 6 months?
