Liquid diet pre-op?
I know some doctors want you on a liquid diet before your surgery. I'm scheduled to be on one 2 days prior to surgery. I'd like to start it sooner, like a week or so to drop the stubborn excess weight that they would like gone. Does anyone have any suggestions to this, or should I stick with what my doctor recommends?
