But I have a few questions. My current surgeon charges a program fee which Cigna doesn't pay for. My Costs with deductible would be about $6500(rny surgery), would it be better if I switched to kaiser and entered their program (in so cal)? I would switch insurance at work in Nov and get a Dr in January, your best guess, when do you think I would be able to have surgery?
With my current Dr, they are saying I should be able to have surgery in Dec. I have 1 more nutritional appt and then they send info to Cigna.

It is hard to say. Some Kaiser locations have different programs. Some have long waiting lists where others may not. If by chance you get into the Options program right away it could be about 6 months. The classes take 5 months at Harbor City. They say when you are done it should be about 3 weeks to get your surgery date.
