I did the pouch test, it helped stopping me from drinking with my meals and cutting pop completely back out of my diet. Have not slid back to where I was, but I am still slipping slightly.
I need to get myself more active but my schedule is now what is working against me. Between stress of planning a wedding and going back to school part-time with a full-time job, I am surprised I have time to sleep, lol!
Dropped 2lbs, but not sure if I have gained it back since I have been avoiding my scale, lol.
