Hey Annette.. welcome to TT. So glad to have another long termer with us

I'm 20 months out and I am one of those that never really feels full and the sensation of tummy grumbling, gnawing hunger is always always with me so I struggle constantly with this. Unfortunately, those of us that have this will have to use good old fashioned willpower to keep those pounds from ever-so-slowly creeping back up on us.

For me, I'm still struggling with the fact that I cannot get past a certain weight (for me, I cannot get below 181- no matter WHAT I do- and it drives me CRAZY).. but it's a daily, sometimes even hourly struggle.

I wish I had some words of wisdom for you, but if you ever find something that works- let me know

Meantime.. I hope you stick around, we need more long term post-ops to help us newer post ops out
