Great idea, Kristine to try to bring all these threads together. I really get concerned that people aren't getting in their vitamins. I personally think taking our vitamins is one of the most crucial things we need to do for ourselves after surgery; vitamins and labwork.
I know I've posted a couple charts in regards to our vitamin requirements. It breaks it down to specific vitamins, amounts and form. Let me see if I can dig them up. I have them on my desktop but they are in a format I can't upload on here. If anyone is interested in receiving them let me know. I'll be happy to send them on to you. They are on here but the format is a little difficult to read.
