SOUP IS A FABULOUS THING!

It's the one thing I could eat and feel like I wasn't deprived AT ALL because I could eat more than just one little serving. It's great for giving you that comfort food feeling! Not to say that I could eat a TON of the stuff, but it was more quantity of food than say a chicken thigh.

Chia's right in that the ingredients of the soup are part of the equation. One of those thick, fatty, pasta-filled, calorie packed soups wouldn't be the BEST choice out there. But I'm a big fan of baked potato soup, bean soup, tomato soup with sausage/beans, etc. etc. SOUP ROCKS POSTOP!
