Yeah, I just had my surgery at Richmond at the end of June
Quite honestly, the time is up to you and how fast you lose that 10%. 10% is a general rule but the surgeon gives you the magic number at the first surgical consult. Once you reach goal, it goes really fast so start now since you have had your official starting number recorded at the orientation. When I reached goal they said they could do the surgery in 2 weeks but I pushed it out to 3 because of summer vacation. My doc was Dr. Im and I like him a lot
