Default I tried and I failed

Ok so I got all excited and motivated to go to the gym today. The hubby even went with me to help. I thought down 30lbs since my surgery it would be easier to move. I thought wrong! Tried an eliptical machine and a recumbent bike and both hurt my knees so bad after 5 minutes that I wanted to just lay on the floor.

I am so dejected by this. Seems like the only thing I can do for exercise without being in extreme pain is swim. Is that enough?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
