I know exactly how you are feeling. I went through the same thing. Sometimes I still feel that I am behind the 8 ball so to speak and that I will stop losing and I will never make it to goal

. I am learning to take it one day and sometimes one meal at a time. I weight myself once a week on my Mom's scale. I am going to be PMSing next week so I may skip weighing myself altogether, when you don't see it moving as fast as you like it will upset you as I know it does me. But as I said one day at a time.
