Hi Ashley, all of us know how you feel that is why this forum is so great. I am on my 7th week and down 26 Lbs. Girl I would have loved to lose 23 in the first couple weeks. You have almost passed me up. I was stressing about my loss(see losing slow) too but as everyone says, everyone is different and don't compare yourself to others. The best thing you can do is have your husband or anyone hide your scale and only give it back once a week at the most. I think that is even to often. "Out of sight out of mind". It has made such a difference because I know I don't have a choice and I just gave up on it. The other day I went through some capris I haven't been able to wear in two years or so and every one of them fit me. Base your loss on clothes, find a pair of pants that you can put on but not button without sucking in and track how long it takes you to be able to button them. I bet you will be suprised. Your loss is amazing don't get discouraged and another thing I always lose slow about a week before my period if I lose at all, and then about 3 days after my period is over "SWOOSH" I am usually pleased. So think if its time for your period maybe thats why? Tina
