Throw The Scale Away. Before Wls I Could Never Get Past 390, I Sat There For A Year, After Surgery For Two Weeks I Sat At 390. Our Minds Have As Much To Do With This As Our Bodies, Watching A Scale Everyday Day Messes With Your Head. When I Relaxed About 390, I Waited My One Week And Went To Way Myself And Had Droped To 378, The Feeling Was Incredible. I Suggest Finding A Scale Outside Your Home And Only Seeing It Once A Week. Less Stress On Your Head. Plus You See Overall Results, Not The Ups And Downs Of Daily Scale Obsession. Just A Thought. I Bet More Of Us Understand Your Feelings Than You Think.
