Oh man how I remember those days. It does take about 4-6 weeks for dictation so count your blessings for now. Clean and do all your laundry and housework now while you have the chance. Give clothes away that you don't wear now, to save space for new ones you get at clothing exchanges or buy. I know it is frustrating but when you get that call, it could be a huge slap in the face.. I went to dictation on Tuesday, got approved on that Thursday had my pre-op the next day (Friday) and was at the hospital for surgery on Tuesday Night for Wednesday surgery. Thats why I say do what you can while you are waiting now.. cause it could be VERY fast once you go to insurance. Hang in there.. you'll do great!! best of luck to you and prayers going your way ..
