I'm also a June 08 stapler. I got down to 136, but am up to 140 (started at 227). I'm am hungry A LOT. I wish I wasn't.

I can eat almost whatever. Too much sugar makes me nauseous (thank God). And I do eat less...especially chicken and steak. That fills me up fast. I have no hanging fat, so that's good! I'm happy where I am, but am afraid I'm falling into bad eating habits...I admit it.
