Don't feel bad. I got off track this last weekend bad. I have now taken off the weight I put back on and am hoping to start losing again. I'm writing my food down again. That really helps.

I'm preop gastric bypass. Had my psych eval, surg consult, EGD. Next step preop labs, ekg, xray and spirometry on Thursday then I go to class and schedule surgery.
