I just feel zonked all the time. I have been swimming some, and rode bikes the other day as well as walked some. But it has been really inconsistant. I do want to work out, but can't really afford to go to the gym. During the week I feel like I get a work out while I am at work, mainly b/c I am on my feet all day and running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Enough to work up a sweat. One day I even turned on the exercise channel on time warner and started moving to that. I gotta tell ya, after 5 minutes I thought i was going to pass out. My kids thought it was amusing tho. I try to do what I can when I can, but really my energy level is zero. My b-12 is good, so thats not the issue. Not sure whats up.

You may just be tired because your body's working hard to use the stored calories? Any kind of activity is really great, swimming is probably one of the best things to start with because it doesn't work your joints like other things, no fancy gym required!

The weekend is hard for me too because at work at least if I'm hungry I sort of have to endure the hunger, but on the weekends there's a lot of food and a lot of spare time.
I have trouble with head hunger, not necessarily whether I'm hungry or not, but how much I need to feel full. There's some switch in my brain that thinks I won't have enough food and I'll be hungry (like I have to get the 12 in sandwich and chips because 6" won't filll me up). Of course I am stuffed afterwards and there's no scarcity of food if I were still hungry...
