I am not slipping and yet still not really losing. It is very discouraging. I know when I go back this month for my 3 month follow up she is going to give me the evil eye.
Back to the insurance tho, I am very concerned that I will not get approved. Mainly because I initially went to the seminar august of 2008. However, at that time I felt like maybe I hadn't tried everything on my own, and waited until this year to come back. When I had come back, I had gained 40 pounds from my seminar weight. So, they are thinking that I may have a hard time getting approved. Anyone have any ideas.......?

Welcome to the thread and to the forum! Diet wise are you taking measurments and drinking enough water?
For me to lose weight I realy have to be hitting the gym hard, you may just need to mix it up a bit to shock your body out of a rut. I really have to start making the 'best' choice because I've been making 'better' decisions but they still aren't good enough and those calories here or there really affect my weigh loss.
I've been unable to go to the gym for about a week and after weighing myself I've decided to start taking short walks because I need activity to really set me over.
