Wow! Well, being that I stopped eating them and started back losing.....I think I will continue to not eat them at least until I hit my goal weigh.....which is about another 30ish lbs. I might try watermelon....its really nothing more than water anyway. I also found this article on watermelon seeds. I think I will start roasting the seeds for sure!
