That is about when I was released to eat whatever too. His sample menu had some fruit and breads/starches on it. So that is what I went by. When he told me at least a year for those items I told him he had a huge typo then But I hit a stall and could not lose and he changed my diet and told me to go to 3 small meals a day and if I was exceptionally hungry I could have a protein shake for a snack. NO fruit, carbs (good or bad) and no starches. I started back losing instantly!
