Hi all
Just want to report on my pre-surgery progress so far. I have lost 11kg (25 pounds) of the pre-surgery weight I needed to loose. The goal was 12kg (27 pounds) Hopefully I will have dropped some more before my surgery on the 25th Aug 2009!
