try pasta free lasagna-layer cottage cheese w marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella and shredde parmesan for a bit o flavor.

or use taco seasonings w the cottage cheese and shredded cheddar,

white bean soup in chicken broth simmered long so beans are mushy.

try chobani greek yogurt-its thick, custard like, really creamy and has 15-18 grams protein!
