I am 10 days out and still struggling... I got the first complement on me losing weight today and a good job for doing what I needed to do to get healthy again and then all of this past "hell week" was worth it! I too feel regret for not trying harder to do it on my own but you know what? I would have never been successful. I am scared of what the future holds but I do truly believe everything happens for a reason and I have to take comfort in that. I did what I did because I needed help and there is no shame in that! Its not easy no matter what anyone said but nothing good is ever easy! For what its worth and not condesinding at all but I am proud of you for recognizing how important your health is and doing something soo scary that could and probably will save your life.
