I just went thru this whole process! I have pacificare/united healthcare sig value and My surgeon is Dr. Callery. I started out with this in April and had my surgery on June 22nd. Get all of your meetings in and dont lag on your blood work or psych eval. Dictation of my chart took the longest and I had an approval from Pacificare w/in 3 days. If you can make sure they submitt it at the end of the month for the next month as they only approve a certain amount of cases per month. If you need anything let me know I will be glad to help!!!
