Well thats the other thing....write it down...everything you put in your mouth, food or water (felt I better clarify that with this group)....keep a journal in the begining...you are just writing your protien, but then the others...make columns for each...READ your labels...don't be fooled by those 0 calorie drinks or water they could contain lots of sodium...
The journaling will help you alot should you have issues or food not sit right...LISTEN to your body...it will tell you almost right away if something is not going to work...
I know the water (fluids) in general is hard, but start slow...I loved my water...now I have to flavor it (crystal light or 0 cal green tea flavoring) but don't over do them as some people say they cause dental decay...go figure...AND remember no drinking 30 min before or after your meals...
Its a lot, but you will get the hang of it...
