I did the same thing. I cried for a week or more lying in my bed wondering what the heck I had done to myself. It was horrible. It's called "Buyer's Remorse". You'll get over it and start to love your pouch AND the weight falling off your body! Just hang on, it gets better. I have to say though I still do get upset, but at myself, sometimes because I let it get to the point of having to have the surgery instead of doing it on my own and controlling it before it got to out of control. I think that is normal with everyone too though. But if ya think about, why would anyone look forward to having their insides chopped apart and put back together because of something they were doing to themself? If asked to stand, I don't think many people would stand up. So, you get the picture. But you will get better and you will learn your new pouch and its limits and you will enjoy the benefits of it greatly!
