Default Life has been Fat-tastic

And now its time for life to get thintastic/slimsensional. I guess it all starts with a work injury that resulted in a torn ACL. Workers comp took for ever to authorize an MRI. Injury-August 28, 2008 and MRI December 4, 2008. 3 months plus with a torn ACL and it was hell. Before the MRI I had to survive rehab that made me swallow my pride and pretend that I wasn't in pain. My knee would just give out on me repeatedly and the injury would regress. After a few more months workers comp finally authorized a total knee replacement but I would run into a brick wall when it was discovered that I had an abnormality in my heart.

I am now using my insurance to have the lapband surgery and all the clearance from all the doctors to have the lapband surgery. I will lose all the weight possible before my knee replacement.

Its now June 30, 2009 (almost a year from my work realted accident) and I have to go to a clinic and spend the night for a sleep study. I have an appointment with the cardialogist July 20th and then if cleared, I am ready for Dr. Callery to give me an operation date.
