I was banded 9 months ago and have lost 4 stone 10 so far ...
Its not easy but I love my tool ....

first fill 24.11.08 =6.5cc
Second fill 29.01.09=1 ml
10ml band filled to 7.5 ml ....
I love my band !  5 stone gone thats 70 pounds
Awaiting third much needed fill ......
