Hello...I am need of support please. I am so worried about staying on my liquid diet for 14 days. I don't officially start until this Thursday, the 2nd of July but I thought I would try and ease my way into it by starting with liquid all day then a balanced meal for dinner. Has anyone done it this way? Does it help? I am starving!! Am I crazy? Should I just wait until Thursday to start, then there is no choice! Should I enjoy chewing for my last few days. Help, please.
