Yup, I agree that it's probably muscular. But take it easy on it -- I did too much, and actually *tore* that muscle about a week post-op.

Trying so hard to get back on track, face that I can't do it alone, stop beating myself up for my failings... UPDATE: Well, after the 7 lb. drop last week, this week I didn't lose *anything*.

Didn't gain, but it's discouraging.
