No matter what the season or the weather, I always had a rash, under my breasts AND under my belly which I controlled with deoderant. Whenever one occurred, I'd apply some SURE. The discomfort went away immediately, and the rash was gone by the next day.

I haven't had a rash since last summer. I don't know if I'd be able to stand keeping a rash around for 6 months while I have a PCP document how impossible it is to keep under control in order to have a panni covered by insurance.

But if you want a rash to occur... keep the area damp. Vaseline is a good idea to lock in the moisture, but heck, the rash WILL BE not only uncomfortable, but painful.

Good luck to you all. I'm still putting cash away for my reconstruction. I think my bat wings bring me down more than my tummy - but when I come to the bridge, I have no idea what my decision will be.

I don't want to know how much I have left to lose -- I find it encouraging to see how far I've come!
