Watch out for that totrtilla.

Jennimaria; i dont think you ate too much of it, tortilla E X P A N D S !!!!!

Stay away from the quesadilla of you are 5 weeks out. Wait until you are 3 months, if thats what your Dr recommends like ours. Stay away what you are supposed to stay away from.

It bothers me to early post ops to try and see what thy can get away with. If your diet outline says NO then dont. Sacrafice a little for the huge reward in the end. The reward is learning beetter eating habits and practicing self control. What are you going to gain from "trying a little bit of chicken quesadilla" How about eat some chicken with melted cheese and perhaps a bit of salsa on top? Just a thought.... follow the rules, its good sense to do so.

"People will argue with you that getting what you want in life isn’t something you can learn, if you’re destined to be one of the worlds winners as opposed to one of its perpetual whiners, its because you have been born with the right talents and temperament and have a big dose of self-esteem, ambition, and good judgment."
