Good luck!
Sorry it took so long to reply to your post Gina but I have had alot of problems with my pc and finally decided to reinstall my operating system. Windows XP. Still have to re-install all my software.

With my knee situation, I need to have some kind of activity or my body is going to rott. After a couple of months of not doing anything i began to feel pain throughout my body as I would lay in bed for hours ontop of my sleep and would sit the rest of the time between kickstanding it between the bedroom, livingroom, office and bathroom. I lost 90 lbs when I went to college and believe me, it wasn't from the lack of eating. It was from excercice. I have always worked in food service and enjoy food alot. I will cut out late meals/snacks and increase H20. Thx for the advice. I have been on the Herbalife diet by replacing 2 meals with shakes and having 1 dinner meal. I have lost 12 lbs.
