Default Those who sent in pictures (to insurance comp)

I just picked up my records from my PCP....and am getting everything ready to take the to them surgeons office but I wanted to include some pictures too. Mostly because my weight is just a few pounds short based on the ONE time in 2007 that I was weighed. (one appt is blank and the other says refused...the last one is about five pounds too low for a BMI of 40) but I have tons of pictures I can include so they can see I was not skinny.

My question is this....should I inlude pictures that are just really recent or should I go back a few years so that they can see this has been an on-going problem for many years...I have a few pictures from 2005 where I had lost about 50 pounds--but, other than that--i am quite large from 1997 until now. I am just wondering what would be most useful.

Thanks a lot.
