Every "hoop" is a step that these Dr.s know you need to take to be approved. They are not guessing and it really doesn't help them if you go through all of this and don't get approved....it took me 7 months of tests and evaluations and bloodwork and all kinds of BS but once I was submitted to the Insurance company (April 15) I was approved in 2 weeks and had my surgery June 5th and now all of that seems like nothing and like it took no time at all!
