Hmmm, I have gained 10 lbs overall.....though I have aged 5 years! Can't complain as I am a size 4 (though a 2 was fun while it lasted!)
I have the same habits as always, stay active (no formal or routine exercise) and eat 5-6 meals a day....get my daily protein in the morning with my nasty coffee shake I have been making for the past 5 years....
I stay at my 80% healthy and 20% whatever the heck I want.....hmmm...had the Nutella crepe at IHOP today.....it made a nice treat all day long...3 crepes was plenty for me and my hunny for 2 meals.
I often forget I'm a "WLS" patient......it has become part of who I am...like brown eyes.....
