Pretty much the same for me. I'm better about fruit and not very good at the veggies. I am fairly religious about my vitamins. I eat something sugary occasionally, and this is largely self-regulating for me as a day of splurging will cost me a couple of days of feeling like crap.

In total I probably eat the equivalent of 3 normal sized meals a day, but it takes me all day to eat it.

Most of my "back sliding" occurred in my second year when I was able to tolerate more bad foods. I think that everyone goes through this to a certain extent. At the point when you can tolerate these foods is really when the temptation exists and the actual learning to use your new tool begins (IMO).
