Mix the soup with water instead of milk. Read labels closely on protein drinks. Many have lots of carbs. Try using soy based and non-dairy products as substitutes. You can have thinned pudding and yogurt. There's low carb yogurt out there now. Doesn't taste the greatest, but it'll suffice for now. There's also low carb ice cream.
