First you would need to upload your picture to a webhosting site such as Tinypic.com or Photobucket
Once you upload your picture to that site you need to copy the url that is surrounded by the [img] tags
That would be this one -
Then you would get this result:
Or:
You can just copy the URL from where ever you host it and then click this image at the top of the reply box
once you click it paste in the url and you will get the same result.
This will work for gifs, jpegs, and pngs.
The attachment feature works only for jpegs - maybe gifs but I'm not sure on that
