I had 2 drains for the tummy tuck and 2 for the breast lift. The ones in my breast area were out in a little over a week. My tummy tuck drains were in longer, about 2-3 weeks. My PS wanted to see less than 30ml of drainage within a 24 hour period before he removed them.
