Another early riser like me
I'm so happy that you're feeling better - both about the weight loss and about the emotional stuff. I've had a few moments in the last week that remind me of what you talked about - just ticked off that I can't have what I want!
Well, that's part of what got me into this mess, isn't it?
I too had to banish the scale - it was haunting me. My weigh and measure date is Saturday, so hopefully I'll have some good news to report in a few days.
