Default Slipping Back to Old Habits

I downloaded a trial piece of software a few days ago that tracks my weight-loss/food intake.

This morning I sat down to input the past few weeks of food intake, ( I have it all written down on paper) and discovered something disturbing.

Over the past two weeks I've been sliding back to old pre-op eating habits of high Carbs-low Protein. I didn't realize it until I pulled up the graph and seen the protein level showing a steady drop.

I'm back on track as of now.

I promise to drink my protein drinks, take my nasty protein supplement (Pro-Stat 64), and eat protein first!

Protein intake today - 80.5 g
Carb intake today - 61.49g
