I think you just made your first step towards fixing this! You know what you have to do, you have the support and I have no doubt you can do this. Good for you for putting your foot down and saying enough is enough. If more of us did that when we were 10 pounds past our "limit" then maybe we wouldn't be here at all right? Best of luck to you.
