WOW, I have heard of the twisted bowel from a friend but never knew how it came about. I havent been counting calories either I am like you, if I can actually get it to go down then GREAT. I am having lots of trouble getting anything to stay put, I have to eat when my house is very quite (which is hard to do, I have 2 teenagers still at home and 4 grand daughters). I will have to try the slushy idea mabey it will work for me also. Also Im very glad to hear about NOT drinking the protein drinks because Ive been beating myself up for not drinking them since the surgery. Seems my taste buds changed because I cant stand them now and I lived on them before my surgery. Well as I mentioned I am very grateful for all the help and support from everyone on here. I may become a very big pain as I seem to have tons of questions to make sure Im normal lol. Thanks again and looks like you are below your goal if Im reading right, Man I cant wait to even be close. Way 2 go!!
