Smile Thankyou

Thankyou all for the encouraging words. Like I said I am proud of the weight Ive lost but I cant seem to shake this fear that "something will go wrong..its just to good to be true" ya know? I was just sure that I would be the only one ever that this surgery would not work for LOL. I will try the drinks that you mentioned also. I was reading on here "Pouch Rules for Dummies" and I also would like to know if there is anything I need to be doing to get the most out of this surgery? I walk everyday at a nearby track, I dont drink much (which Im going to change) and I am a VERY late night person so Ive always done most of my eating at night time. I am wondering if this is something that will hurt my weight loss sucess?? I am sorry for all the questions but after my surgery my Dr moved to WI so I am alone and very lost So Ive decided to kinda use ya'll as my helpers so THANKS for any and all advice. Like I mentioned Ive been alone at this since 3 weeks after surgery date (which was june 7 2005) thanks again
